Donna combines her skills as a professional virtual assistant and graphic designer with her passion for projects being done well, her prided quick response times, and her ability to multi task. Having worked in administration for 37 years and graphic design for 20 years, Donna knows the importance of listening well, producing quality the first time, completing tasks to deadlines, and wowing her clients.  She is highly accurate in the delivery of her work - she can’t bear to see bad promotional marketing or inaccurate bookkeeping detail, and is passionate about presenting her clients to the world across all platforms in their best light.

For nine years Donna was the National Office Manager for Women Chiefs of Enterprises International (WCEI) Australia, an invitation only, entrepreneurial, business women’s organisation, managing the whole office virtually. 

Donna currently VA's for a limited group of clients throughout Australia.  Some of her clients include a leading business book publisher, The Book Adviser, www.thebookadviser.com.au and ELM Australia, www.elmaustralia.com.au, an organisation helping companies excel through effective strategic planning and governance. As well as being the Administrator for Dance Movement Therapy Association of Australasia (DTAA).

Donna is an expert at juggling multiple tasks.  This usually includes, emails, phone calls, website upgrades, social media implementation, executive administration support, invoicing, client management and graphic design.
